Considering she's Tier 0 for having a statement of Holopsicon being Omnipotent as well as having Infinite Abilities and her being a God to the Real world which is known for creating and viewing and controlling all of Cthulhu Mythos as fiction, I'd say The Creator (Umineko no Naku Koro ni), The-One-Above-All, and The Writer miiiiight just be able to Stalemate her but may lose

That might be true. Omniscient means the characters know everything in their verse, but that doesn't make them know everything about Altair and her power.Dragopentling said:

After his upgrades happened, This op guy now passivelly stomps her via the most bs mindhax on the 3-D scale, Law Manip that goes against 1-A, 1-A soul hax and other things. He had a loss against her at first but now he is too much for her.
