The Altair is a true illusion, needing to hit her concept to interact. Moreover, she is a collection of ideas, reason, thoughts, emotions

Next, after a simple scale I think Altair should be supplemented with Abstract Existence Type 1 Plot because she's on EP 21, the author of Altair also says that she is the story. In EP 13, Meteora stated that altair was an existence that didn't need a story as a foundation, she didn't need the story to exist like the other characters in the film, she was both plot and hollowed it out.

Non existence physiiology type 1
Regarding NEP 1, in EP 20 Meteora states that she or Altair has been replaced by Sirius, a clone that uses the information of the characters and merges into one. Sirius' survival coefficient synchronized with Altair's is Zero, again confirming NEP Story. Altair then slipped through countless probabilities to take Sirius back, meaning that Altair is now Zero AKA NEP 1.
