Rimuru VS Altair

On top of that Rimuru has resistant to most if not all of Altair's abilities and having stuffs to kill her plus that Imaginary Space

Altair has 66th movement to rely on to but her other abilities wouldn't be effective.

Even Awakened Demon Lord Rimuru vs Base Altair looked fair when Rimuru had that key before the upgrades and stuff.

Altair, most likely. She can just change a fundamental aspect of Rimuru or strip him of his powers since it looks like he didn't start his existence as a Low 2-C.

What kind of attack is it that lets him absorb her? If it doesn't work on abstracts/conceptuals Altair won't be effected.
 
@Zach He is, he saved Mikami Satoru from dying at the end of the series, in other words he removed his entire existence as rimuru tempest, cause if satoru didn't die, rimuru wouldn't have been born in another world.

Plus he made satoru one of his clones, in other words neither can die as long as one exists.

Just haven't added it yet.

Can you explain a bit more why that is Acausality? The wording isn't really making sense to me.

Also if you want to go the absorption route, Altair has 66th Movement. That will absorb him on a conceptual level and essentially nullify that reliant immortality on his clones.
 
@Assalt He time traveled into the past and saved himself from dying, if he, satoru doesn't die, rimuru tempest wouldn't have been been born as satoru wouldn't have reincarnated as rimuru in another world.

Yet rimuru still existed despite all this.

Seems like paradox immunity. Acausality Type 1 protects your past from being attacked, but nothing Altair has kills you in the past, so that's a moot point.
 
Never said it did, just said he has acausality.

Regardless altair doesn't start with absorption while rimuru does, and even if she got rid of one rimuru, there is still the one in imaginary space and the other in the past of another universe.

Unless you kill all at once, rimuru will continue to exist, and with improved abilities.
 
Altair doesn't need to start with absorption. Even if she doesn't think he is a threat and summons her swords, which do nothing, he won't be able to put her down. His absorption doesn't work on conceptuals I'm assuming, which means it won't be able to kill Altair. After she realizes he is powerful she will use one of her movements, which will effectively end the one Rimuru.

Even if another comes back, there's still nothing he can do to put her down. If she realizes they keep coming and uses the 66th Movement she will keep getting stronger and stronger for every Rimuru she absorbs.

And rimuru is extremely analytical, this guy had every ability in the series and was forced to bfr rimuru because rimuru could deal with everything he threw at him, rimuru is confident he can deal with anything he comes across.

Yuuki used his trump card cause everything else, reality warping, causality manipulation etc etc, would just be analyzed, copied and negated, and even his trump card which is better than all those, was copied, analyzed and negated, from the fight starts rimuru would already be analyzing everything about altair.

Rimuru basically at this point also has every ability in the series, and can make new abilities to deal with problems he comes across.
 
You're telling me that this guy can absorb conceptuals? Not to sound skeptical but... scan?

Also knowing what certain powers are doesn't help you if you can't deal with them. And Altair does basically the exact same thing in knowing exactly what each ability is and how it works. This isn't an advantage for Rimuru.
 
To put it simply, he absorbed an angel, which is a conceptual being.

How is it not helping? pegasus just said that he analyzes, copies, and creates a countermeasure, is there a reason he won't be able to deal with them?

And then, I thoroughly ate the seraphim that had fused with Mai's body with『Soul Consumption』
 
Angels and demons are conceptual existences:

Also ppl with ultimate skills can know the abilities of others just by seeing the person, and they can also give out fake info about their skills.

And as i already said before rimuru can create new abilities based on the info and data he has on abilities he has already analyzed or his subordinates have.
 
Creating new abilities he has never shown in order to counter any offensive measure is just total and utter NLF. Altair claims she has infinite abilities but obviously we can't say she can get out of anything.

Also if they are "conceptual existence", what are they conceptual of? If something is called conceptual but has no quality or object of conceptuality it is nothing but an overblown title for metaphysicality.

Have you guys ever thought about making a blog where you insert every justification of their abilities so that others can check it and such instead of asking for the quote every time?

It's probably going to take a long time due to getting the quotes and formatting the Powers and Abilities but I think it's better than being pestered to give out the quote every time

I'm currently planning to do that once I get free time to make my Light Novel Profiles
 
I'd like to see how the angels and demons are conceptuals, myself. Nothing in that upgrade thread cites anything in particular nor gives hints as to what they are conceptual off of.
