Oof, some stuff happened. It should be noted that I downgraded Orphelia, massively (RIP KingPin's thread). She's not even tier 1 anymore.
Why? ...It's just cause I got bored of especially the tier 0 stuff, really. She was pretty much being tier 0 and 1 for the sake of being tier 0 and 1. I probably will upgrade her back to tier 1 eventually (though likely not 1-A), but for now, she's High 2-A at her peak.
