I know people have said it already, but Low 2-C makes less and less sense to me the more I think about it. You're telling me the difference between someone being 3-A and unquantifiably infinitely stronger than that hangs in the balance of whether someone is going to destroy "space" or "space-time?"
Also, Low 2-C qualifications specify a universal scale for affecting things like space-time continuums.
Here's a big brain question: if someone who's like 7-B but has time manipulation to the point where they can affect all of time (past, present, and future) on a planetary scale, increases their range to the point where they can do so on a universal scale, does that make them Low 2-C? From what I'm understanding, the answer is yes.
That's kinda weird, ngl
Also, on that same topic, if you can affect "the entire past, present and future of 3-dimensional space", but only need to do so on Earth to change your lottery ticket outcomes, who wins the World Cup, doing things right so your girlfriend doesn't dump you, etc., you wouldn't need to affect other galaxies, star systems, etc. Death of the author, I guess?
