Both are total pacifist (I think, I don't know much about SS) so unless this is blood lusted, I don't see this going anywhere. Now if this were bloodlusted, I'd say Shakamon due to great hax and sheer size.

Actually, their powers are almost the same, screwing their minds, overloading the senses, and using powerful blasts of energy.

However, since we lack speed feats for Digimon, I have to give this to Shaka for the time being.
