Looks like this goes two ways currently:

1) If Urahara looks into Madara's eyes, he gets put under Genjutsu and is likely killed.

2) If Urahara does not look into Madara's eyes, he hits Madara with a Sealing Kido that incapacitates Madara.

AppleLord is correct here. Madara can escape sealing if he can physically bust himself out of it, such as being sealed underneath sand.

But being sealed by Urahara's Kido looks significantly more difficult.

Urahara has no way to know that if he looks in Madara's eyes will get genjutsu-ed. Usually, when two person fights they look in the other eyes even for a fraction of a second.

Madara also resists sealing as it was showed in his fights with the five Kage.

When did he resist Sealing there? I'm pretty sure they only sealed away a clone.

Considering the sealing Madara resisted was literally just sand physically sealing his body and nothing like how Urahara's seal works I dont think we can say Madara resists it

If Urahara realizes that his under Illusions he could summon his Bankai reconstruct his senses and just fight Madara with Reikaku which is a six sense that allows the user to see the opponent as a mass of energy during battle.

Urahara wouldn't have time to use Bankai as it would be Genjutsu then Madara would go for the kill.

Yes. It only affects the five sense and Shinigami stop seeing with their eyes in battle, and use Reikaku most of the time. Ichigo also learned this technique when he fought Ginjo who told him it was basic for Shinigami fodder.

Sharingan is faster as it's visual contact. Don't bring the argument of thinking is faster as it's showed that it's takes a bit till the Bankai is released even in manga. Aizen's one is the only one that could be faster but even then low chance.

Theres' also the possibility that Urahara will prepare to counter Illusions since he never fell under KS in the manga, and already faced someone like Aizen. Urahara loves to prepare with a 1K if scenarios before battle, and even Aizen admitted that Urahara was smarter than himself.

What I meant is that he always is prepared for different battle scenarios and that includes Illusions base battle even if he doesn't know about Sharingan.

Urahara is always prepared for everything, he can fool Genjutsu (although Zanpakuto can get him out of Genjutsu) with his "clones" as seen against Aizen and Yammi.

Urahara is always prepared for everything is like saying Susanoo sword can destroy everything in Universe (or however it was stated). Using that argument of him being prepared for everything is like the one when Gin said that Aizen is prepared for everything, coming with plans and you will still fail, even Heaven falling and Earth splitting will not work against him. Even Yhwach with his power was not prepared for everything.

They both failed Aizen and Yhwach.
