Upgrade for Ishtar and Ereshkigal (And Stats for Qin Shihuang)

Seeing the update with Kama Mara, shouldn't Ishtar and Ereshkigal, as divine spirits and deities, get upgraded to High 3-A/Low 2-C? They should be somewhat comparable to a prime Gil and Enkidu for that matter.

While I am still waiting for a profile for Okitan, Abby, Consort Yu and Anastasia, I have also have a rough guess for Qin Shihuang's stats. He is likely High 6-A (Multi-Continental) with his Noble Phantasm, Domination Beginning.

Here, it states that his phantasm can extend to around 67000km into space. Someone could make some calculations with that.
