Unofficial Powers and Abilities Addition Thread (There is a continuation)

Vacuum Survival is one that I think deserves a page. So many characters can survive the vacuum of space.

@Everyone thanks for the Body Puppetry examples, now I'm going to start linking it to profiles. Next up should be Extreme Survivability.

@Damage that would fall under extreme survivability, which is soon gonna be made so don't worry.

@Jordan/Neo perhaps

this can maybe help fort the higher dimensional physiology

Higher Dimensional Being
There is obviously many categories:

  • Fourth Plane: via such method like fuse with the entire 4-Dimensional universe like Mugen Zamasu (but become 4D via being one with a 4D structure which don't have the size of the universe is good too)
  • Higher Plane: like Madoka who is an a higher plane and became a concept (become a concept isn't a requierment for that but still a good exemple)
  • Transcendental Plane: like the Ctuluh/Azatoth stuff who are beyond all spatial dimensions.
Advantage:

  • You are not affected by haxes if there is in a lower plane than your
Now the weaknesses:

  • You still can be easily erased if you are 4D like infinite Zamasu via a Timeline busting
  • It's possible that you can't have contacts with low dimensional being
for the rest, IDK

Erm, I think planes should be removed and replaced with Dimensional Physology, mostly because this kinda implies higher plane = higher dimension, when that's not always the case.

Reversing the effects of someone's abilties; if they try to absorb your strength, you absorb theirs instead.

If they try to heal you, then they harm you instead.

Right now the most prominent character I can think of is the Demon King from Seven Deadly Sins.

Well, no ability is Omnipotent (aside from Omnipotence itself, duh). I assume every ability on the side has some inherent limitations depending on who the character using the ability is.

That's like saying Power Absorption is a huge NLF.

"That's like saying Power Absorption is a huge NLF."

Not really...they're two different powers....If power reversal becomes a thing, it should only apply to powers that have been used against it before.

How about mirror manipulation? There's people like Mirror Master from DC who have it. Applications could be attack reflection, duplication, glass manipulation (which should be a power in and of itself), etc.

For Sage Mode Naruto, isn't that just the invisible aura of natural energy around him hitting his opponent?

These are all pretty good, might make a few pages of these over the weekend

Well some characters would have it in the intelligence sector...but other characters have it as a legit supernatural ability.

Name some examples then.

Because if this a very specific power for a very specific character, then is a no-no.

Do we have anything similar to corruption/parasitism?

Some examples:

  • Dark Samus can corrupt her opponent with Phazon, turning them into another her.
  • Dark Matter/Zero can corrupt the area, turning everything on Planet Pop Star evil.
  • Sigma can corrupt Reploids and more with his virus, iirc.
  • Zombies, werewolves, and vampires corrupt those that are bitten into more zombies, werewolves, and vampires respectively.
  • Pretty sure Oryx, the Taken King's signature taking turns you into his loyal follower after he kills you.
  • Sailor Galaxia does something similar, iirc.
  • Ganondorf/Zant can corrupt beings in a few ways, such as turning them into Twilit monsters or integrating them into his army in the Dark World.
(If we don't have a page on this yet, use ^ as examples for the page and remove extraneous words)

It's kind of like possession, mind manipulation, pseudo-absorption, and parasitic immortality (depending on the usage) into one.

From the looks of it, we do not. But it would be useful to have. And has plenty of examples as you've listed.

And the Overlord (Ninjago), who can corrupt beings with Dark matter, making them complately brainwashed evil slaves.

Though, corruption as a whole is generally a more fantasy-related Morality Manipulation
