Ultimate Gohan Vs Goku Black (Before mastering Goku's abilities.)

First off, DBZ is my crack cocaine. Im addicted to it and can't escape.
So, Goku Black. His pre-Goku fight feats are casually stomping SSJ2 Trunks and being even with SSJ2 Goku. SSJ2 Goku now should be quite stronger and that'd make Black twice as strong as a SSG if you believe Goku in his base has the power of the SSG .
Or, if you go through the "Goku has two bases ( kinda ) and just became strong af" logic, which I can understand, Goku would be stronger than Super Buu at base currently through Gohan and Piccolo both stating that Tagoma's power is equivalent to that of Ultimate Gohan ( Ginyu would've used his full power or above that ) and SSJ Gohan 1 shotted Ginyu-Tagoma.
Third option, this one is the most biased to Gohan possible, Goku improved NADA from the Buu Saga till Black Saga and matched Black in his SSJ2 strength, and yet Gohan was amazingly above Gotenks SSJ3 and Super Buu, both superiors to SSJ3 Goku of the time.
tl;dr If this was Gohan from Super, he might've won depending on bs. Ultimate Gohan from the Buu Saga ( my favorite character btw ) gets wrecked.

Um...what? Him being a Kai (in-training) doesn't have much to do with it. Saying 'he couldn't be that strong' when it's clear he was on par with supressed SS2 Goku is straight up ignoring the entire scene.
The evidence that he got stronger is that all Zamasu (when first meeting Goku) could do against SS2 Goku is block one of his attacks, but then it was clear that SS2 Goku (more than likely supressed) was still leagues above it. Meanwhile, Goku Black is for sure on par with the supressed SS2 Goku who was (more than likely) exerting more power against Black than Zamasu,
