^ is it like a boxe match, where the fighters are separated from each other after 3 min? and why does the battle end if johnny kills jotaro, but not if jotaro kills johnny?

Jotaro doesn't have a win condition, or he does but he ain't gonna get a chance to use it.
Johnny only has to fire one bullet, he wins, itll track Jotaro down forever even if it misses him completely. He ain't gonna get close enough to ohko johnny and time stop aint gonna help him.

There are rounds. It's like scenarios. So, it's like saying "Johnny would win 2/3."

I'm saying he stomps. If he has intel then yeah Jotaro could win, but if Johnny knows his weakness and can now actually move and isnt a cripple. Jotaro is back at square one.

Jotaro doesnt have any chance, ignoring the fact Act 4 is probably just as strong, Johnny can fire one bullet, that's it, once fired Jotaro oses, that bullet will hunt him down for eternity and time stop aint helping him out. If he gets close? He has to cqc something that kills on contact.

No no, Tusk act 4 has much worse stats than Star Plat. And, Star Plat would get the first hits. And, Jotaro would straight up cut his arm to stop infinite spin. Jotaro could win, he just won't. It's not a stomp.

This was Chumimin. It's a fact Tusk has inferior stats. Also, D4C wasn't fighting back. So, ACT 4 just took advantage of the situation.

Actually even if Jotaro had previous knowledge Johnny should still stomp, since it seems that we are using a Post-Part 7 Johnny nothing is stopping him just nulling the infinite rotation in his body with another bullet if Jotaro decided to copy Diego unlike his fight against him in Part.7 where he needed help to stop it.
Also in case that someone want to know why Post-Part 7 Johnny should be able to use Act.4 without a horse, thats because in the last chapter of Part 7, while Johnny is boarding the ship we can see that he is able to use Act.4 without any external help.

Yeah, he only nees to replicate the golden rectangle/ratio and all that fun stuff to perform the spin, Johnny and Gyro used the horses at first. And that's the intented method but there are other ways to do so, a horse ain't required, it's just the most available way.
