Definitely a Low 2-C. His power was stated to be equal to that of a God of Destruction, and he was clearly shown being able to use Hakai energy to an infinitely more powerful extent than Sidra.
It wasn't likely comparable to, it was literally stated to be GoD level. Which means that Jiren hasn't even shown an inkling of his true power yet.

We should wait? What? His Power is of a GoD, he's going to throw Vegeta around next Episode, and he's basically the second strongest guy in this Tournament as of this moment.

I don't think we should wait. It was literally stated to be GoD level and was shown visually in that he curbstomped Freeza and 17, as well as being able to use Hakai. This isn't like the Vegeta + Goku upgrade thing where we have to keep putting it off due to a lack of statements/feats. We don't need to postpone every single update to DB characters, it's kind of becoming annoying.
Not to mention this also confirms "Destruction Energy," being the exact same as Beerus' Hakai technique.

It should also be stated that his Hakai energy was superior to even Sidra's, as Freeza was barely able to survive against it and it cracked the entire stage. Not to mention even Beerus was shown being visibly worried about the Hakai energy getting near the rafters.

Honestly with Toppo affecting infinity like he did (and he did, he changed the entire world of Void) how is Jiren gonna outdo this? Toppo REALLY stole a lot of his shine.

I hope he isn't Angel level. While he is powerful I just don't see him one shoting an GoD's while extremely casually supressed like Whis.

The Toppo downplay was massive, there were people saying he was only SSJ2 level and that Blue Goku was apparently casually beating him around.

I think Toppo should have a second key that's Low 2-C.
Also to be fair Sidra only gave his minion a tiny portion of his power to use. It being weaker than Toppo putting far more of his power to directly fight someone isn't the best of comparisons.

I disagree with Toppo being more powerful than Sidra. Sidra's Energy of Destruction was casual where as it was stated that it takes time for Toppo to charge up a comparably effective Energy of Destruction.

The charge up time is literally 5 seconds at the most. He'll probably get used to it in the next ep
