No, sertrous isn't a smurf actually.
Anyways, Anos for 3rd (or possibly second) low 2-C. He has the venz thingy that can kill lavos by negging his high godly (Unless coming back from type 2 conceptual destruction>>>coming back from type 3 conceptual destruction), but is likely slapped by the DnD guy. So 3rd is safer
