@Yung He certainly isn't beating Shion nor the D&D guys and Mami & Wiz both resists mind hax. Don't know if it's strong enough to resist Asura's, but it's not a clear cut victory.

Asura's mindhax is planetary in range, not potency. At least for the passive mindhax.

That's not how it works though. He doesn't apply the potency of the entire planet on every single individuals on the planet. The best we can prove is that he mindhaxxed Black Star, who resisted Arachne's own mind manip, which is on the scale of a few hundreds people.

That was speed unequal though. Where Yogiri's reaction = Amane's passive (in speed). In speed equal Yogiri wouldn't react to passives.GLHF22 said:
