Top Five Strongest Characters For Every Tier 4

Oddly enough, I feel like Bubsy might take a spot in 5-B just due to thought based reality warping. Simple yet effective.

Also having Hoopa in 6-B is like having Novel Kars in 8-C.

And is that something we really want, now?

Thought based reality warping that he's hardly ever used properly.

Also, Bubsy should have 9-A durability + striking strength

What about Rive?

4D mind hax and she respawns every week through a causal loops. She can also still mind hax when she's dead and when you kill her it triggers a powerful death manipulation.

@Yung He certainly isn't beating Shion nor the D&D guys and Mami & Wiz both resists mind hax. Don't know if it's strong enough to resist Asura's, but it's not a clear cut victory.

Not sure about Caster..but I'm pretty sure Wiz and Mami don't resist planetary mind hax.

And if they don't he passively stomps.

I'm pretty sure it's planetary in potency as well, as most (As in, almost all) of the planet had been put under the effects of his madness.

But I'm not a Soul Eater expert. Have to ask one of them to be sure.

That's not how it works though. He doesn't apply the potency of the entire planet on every single individuals on the planet. The best we can prove is that he mindhaxxed Black Star, who resisted Arachne's own mind manip, which is on the scale of a few hundreds people.

OP what is this ?
remove amane from 10 A spot, since you agree yogiri stomps him
That was speed unequal though. Where Yogiri's reaction = Amane's passive (in speed). In speed equal Yogiri wouldn't react to passives.

What? Yogiri thinks and he ded,

His passive is instant death? And he always use it to kill when the battle start?

Yogiri's is not passive, it's thought based. Amane's is passive.

pls fire you're active

SCP-2747 for third spot in varies.
It's basically the I/O characters but with a 1-B limit instead of a High 1-B limit.

He can if he wishes for it. He has base wishes that are always active that provide with passive Fate manipulation.
Its useless if IC he didnt use it to kill

Yogiri's Instant Death Killed the Heavenly Record Eater which contained several universes within itself (Also being stated to contain space-time itself within it) and was stated to have "eater numerous worlds", no amount of time or causality manipulation which the Heavenly Record Eater possessed would change the outcome of its death at the hands of Yogiri. During this ordeal, Yogiri's power is stated to be "Beyond Fate itself". There is also a statement of the Heavenly Record Eater being erased from existence by Yogiri's Instant Death. Yogiri sensed the Heavenly Record Eater's intent to harm him and immediately killed him. Yogiri Stated that he could probably kill abstract things such as concepts or ideas, but doesn't because he is afraid he might destroy the entire universe on accident as a result. Yogiri subconsciously killed a demon lord along with his passive miasma (Which would have killed Yogiri.
