1. How to differentiate Universal and Universal+ feats?
2. Is 1-B tier achievable through prolonged scaling chain (Basically, here's one 1-C character, and then several other characters upscale from him and each other all the way to baseline 1-B. Their dimensionality is also stated to be higher each time someone is effortlessly beating someone)?
3. Can you get to 1-B through multipliers, if you're Low 1-C (Can dimensionality be multiplied or not)?
4. Is it possible to make a verse where EVERY character is Low Outerversal - High Outerversal+?
5. Is the 8x ap gap applicable to Low 2-C - 2-B characters? (Basically, would it be a fair battle, if one character scales to 2 universes and other to 4?)
6. Can Outerversal character have not Immeasurable LS (Or in the worst case scenario - Below average human LS)?
