Cus Meth has nothing to force recognition to hax iihiko. Iihiko doesn't literally reflect it though, mostly just the damage or a backlash of breaking your skill.

Darth Nihilus should be near the top. Beats Iihiko and should beat Yhwach as well, unless he has a way around passive mind, death and soul hax.
