Top 15 Strongest Non-Smurfs for Every Tier Continuation

13,970
6,031
Basically only characters who don't have higher-dimensional abilities or stats then their dimensional level (I.E. a 10D character can't have 11D hax, for example). Even if said stuff is practically useless. This also includes protection from a higher dimensional being, range and resistances. Only physical stats are considered (I.E. if a character has a High 3-A technique but is only 9-A by itself, then the character will only count for 9-A and not for High 3-A). Multipliers that physically enhance a character to a different tier are allowed to be used for that character's placement in that tier (I.E. If you have a character that is normally 9-B, but through enhancements is capable of reaching 9-A, they would be allowed in both 9-B and 9-A respectively). Characters also must be physically in the tier they're being requested to place in. This means having Striking Strength on that level.

Also, I will remove characters I could tell at a glance were no longer a member of the tier they were listed under. I will also remove profiles that are heavily outdated or lack active enough supporters to defend their position.

I will also not add characters/verses if they aren't provided to me by the person who is advocating a position for them. It's a respect thing. Just because I'm the one who is updating the list doesn't mean I have an obligation to grab the requested pages when I'm not the person who is saying they should be on the list in the first place. Y'all are.

Also also, I've added a section with the versus threads to decide certain placements at the very bottom of the list. So if you make one please link it here.

Also also, I've added a section with the versus threads to decide certain placements at the very bottom of the list. So if you make one please link it here.
In the previous one I couldn't find the section, so if I'm just blind could someone paste it here and I'll add it, or I'll just make one

For at least 4th High 8-C

Basically, a look at that Intelligence section, specifically the stealth bit, will tell you that unless you have broken Instictive Action or amazing regen AND resistance to 1 layer of Death Manipulation, Snikch will just sneak up and backstab/decapitate the opponent. He might beat Choi from what I'm seeing but that's a maybe.

Here's a link for the new thread

But a quick summary for Ning's abilities is basically: though-based layered soul and concept hax as well as resistance to it, but not that haxy outside of these abilities.
He must a good deal of layers to be tied with Arifureta, though last I checked Arifureta's layers was in limbo, idk what's going on there.

His NPI seems to be just ghost, and that's not gonna be enough to GK, and don't see anything stopping GK from passively atomizing him, but could be wrong.

@DaReaperMan Do they like, even hide where they step? As in, when they move, do they care about the rubble on the ground or smth? Becuz Yoon, aside from his bonkers IA, is way, way higher than a dude who could detect an invisible enemy by just noticing the movement of the rubble on the ground.

Read the stealth section. Thoroughly. That doesn't matter. Also Snikch is still godlike in an up front fight and has tier 5 dura neg weapons

Ignoring the Stealth part for now since I gotta check on Warhammer's stealth shenanigans and if they dealt with that shit, but this wouldn't really matter since Yoon's aura alone suppresses people with Class K strength, and he has a bunch of AOE stuff so really, the main problem here is just the stealth and death manip part.

BTW, SBA makes it so characters are already in a state of combat, right? If so, then I'm pretty sure Yoon's aura (Which, IIRC, he uses it at every fight since even just thinking about a fight made him use his aura) would just suppress anything around him.

Basically Oxyotl, whom Snikch scales to, hid in the Realm of Chaos for Millenia. Daemons view the living in the RoC as massive beacons and all have perfect witchsight which let's them see the truth of the thoughts, emotions, intentions, souls, etc of thise around them. And Lord's of Change can see past and future across the majority of the Cosmology and are nigh-omniscient. And Oxyotl successfully hid from all of this for thousands of years while, let me remind you, he was a literal 360° lighthouse for Daemons across the entire Warp. There isnt a chance in hell Choi finds Snikch before Snikch finds him

I don't see a range on this aura and they start kilometers away, more then long enough for Snikch to work out how to assassinate Choi. Or just sit there and outlast him cause Snikch can rest and Choi can't

His NPI seems to be just ghost, and that's not gonna be enough to GK, and don't see anything stopping GK from passively atomizing him, but could be wrong.
I actually thought to bring it up, or I have earlier in the last thread, on Rosenkreuz topping over Hajime.

Didn't know they had layered stuff, and I was more focused on Hajime's other hax'es like some conceptual bullet thing they got on them.

CHINAMAN though, yeah that was brought up on Rosenkreuz being able to topple over.

I see they have resistance to decon, but it's said to be the one that melts and turns bodies to dust sort of thing. GK decons things to atoms, and that gets even more potent in Ultrathotep. I assume CHINAMAN would be done in mostly by the Branch hands? But idk...never bothered making a matchup even before all the CRT's for WAB were being made at that point.

He definitely has less layers than the crazy amount Arifureta used to claim, but from the top of my head his soul hax is around 8 layers in the L5B key.

What exactly is the Golden King made of and how does he interact with concepts around him?

What's the range of that passive at the start?

IIRC he used the aura on a hallway of a hospital, so, give or take, 5-15 meters (Idk how large are hospital hallways, just know there were a few dozen people in said hallway). Also, outlasting isn't really an option considering Choi never really got tired in the entirety of the series aside from one time before he got the aura, after that, he just absorbs the energy from the surrounding and actively trains for weeks/months while in the middle of a fight (Yes, in a middle of a fight. Dude just straight up brought dumbbells that are supposed to cause fatigue, and kept training while dodging his enemies' attacks for weeks/months). Also, can Snikch see Qi/Magic or stuff like that? His profile doesn't really mention it.

Oh and... can't Yoon just, use his law manip so that no one can hide or move? Since if he can't see his opponent, I don't see why he can't just use his law manip in order to reveal them or make them unable to hide. Albeit that might be a bit of a stretch, and is not likely to be a first move.

Well, the problem with Law Manipping is that Choi ALSO can't move or find Snikch, so really it's stalling for time

Last question: would Choi be able to just aurafuck a shuriken thrown at him? Catching ain't an option because uh... you see all that hax? Yeah those also apply to Snikch's shurikens.

Golden King is made of Cracking.

Low 5-B GK has planetary range, he passively atomizes stuff like Critters, and it has layers too.
Quoting from his own profile:

Interdimensional (Same as before. In his Ultharathotep form, the Cracking Field can expand to eventually cover an entire planet and continued to expand even more)

Reason why I asked for the range at the start of the fight, the profile itself said it's not planet sized from the get go (and minor thing, both of his profile pics have a bunch of clouds around him, definitely means he wasn't atomizing everything in the world instantly).

Your guess is as good as mine. I mean, his suppression is just his aura seeping into the air, increasing the concentration of the energy in the air to suppress everyone, so I'd assume it would work on a shuriken.

Well then it's strange cause like, matter-slicing shurikens...

How about they just tie because of how weird that interaction is?

@XDragnoir In Base he can atomize an Island with a glance, that's why he is 6-B. So, it's like tens of kilometers before his final form.

As for the eventually cover wording, that should probably be reworded, GK was in Base, then powered up, then it's noted that his power is stronger, and Tesla can't flee, cause now the Cracking Field is the size of the very world itself, and is continually expanding.

As for those clouds, the entire Cracking Field is in his control, it's even noted he controls even the Sky itself, and then it goes on about how GK warps reality and it s laws yada yada.

Wish youtube didn't nuke all the walkthroughs of Gahkthun, so I could show the sequence of events.

Alright, I've just thought about a hilarious choice to add here.

Black Hole for 7th strongest 4-A. As much of a pacifist as he is, he ironically defeats Dark Gaia and below thanks to his event horizon having passive deconstruction, the fact that he is 0-Dimensional which means he can't be hurt if they don't have any evidence of affecting that dimensionality, ant the fact he speedblitzes. Also, he has NPI that is capable of affecting nonexistent beings.

That has rised quite a few questions to me, actually.

First there's this image where he was clearly looking at said island and it was still there.

2nd, why does this scale to his striking strength and AP in general? Isn't it an ability he specifically has through his eyes?

And was everything in the world atomized? Like, every person, building, etc? I don't mind a scan with the sky still blue (atomizing the atmosphere would probably change the color but who cares) but the one image I've seen has cloud on it (also, side question, but is is AoE or only from his eyes?).
As for those clouds, the entire Cracking Field is in his control, it's even noted he controls even the Sky itself, and then it goes on about how GK warps reality and it s laws yada yada.
I mean, that's cool and all but I only really care about the atomization part unless "ruling the sky" and "reshaping the world" have a more direct application that he could use against Ning.

You know, I just want to be extra sure he actually atomized everything in the planet passively and that his range is actually that much the very moment the fight starts.

Wish youtube didn't nuke all the walkthroughs of Gahkthun, so I could show the sequence of events.
That's sad.

@XDragnoir He wasn't actually looking at the Island. The "real" Golden King if we want to call it that was busy fighting Mathers within the Cracking Field, that's the only reason the Island was still intact.

He literally only has this as Ap in Base, it's only Ultharathotep where it scales since he fought Tesla, who is his equal.

Golden King didn't atomize the world, I never claimed that, I am claiming the range of his ability is planetary, the Cracking Field is a pocket dimension, which he has control of, it's not the real world, so there are no buildings or whatever.

Honestly these questions are a little weird if you have read the series, but I can't exactly fault you since it doesn't exist in a easily accessible place I can post.

If you look on his profile under durability negation there are scans which say simply by his presence alone he reduces things to particles, it has no heat nor mass etc.

Edit: I think the profile does need some clean up, to clear any confusion, like the wording on the range. Should also add on to it such as the stuff about Ultharathotep being the very embodiment of the world itself.

So I will work on it later.

Professor Mortum for 11th 9-B, the moment you cause enough damage he will begin to evolve, going from 9-B to 5-A, in addition to good immortalities + Contact-based Drain

Max is beating World Leader in 5-A 10th, so Max steel characters took his place.

For 5-B Max steel Characters for 9th, Makino usually starts with Telekinesis so it would disarm Vader, half of 5-B people are immune to the effects of Soul Edge as they are machines, with the only exception being that they cannot deal with the BFR, however it is possible that they kill him before that

RoR characters are trashed by pure Ap, their invulnerability doesn't do shit because it's only for things created by man, they are aliens, canonically there is a sword that is invincible/indestructible to everything created by man and the way they destroyed it was through the loophole that it was limited to things created by man, not weapons amplified by technology Aliens, which applies here against Gods

why is deathmaster disucssed here? I am pretty sure he has smurf soul stuff like all things in warhammer due to soul being in the warp

Why did you place Black Hole tied with Dark Gaia? I said he defeats him, not stalemates with him.
