Good luck with that. The only thing croco has going for him is just One touch death but even so Uno had more advantages than he ever had, better skill, travel speed, information analysis, analytical prediction and a deconstructing sword that produces heat hot enough to vaporize advanced metallic alloys would just turn the areas he slashed to form glass inside of croco.
I would also like to point out he might not even be close enough to beating Cid, Kamen Rider, The Hunter and admittedly maybe Johnny test for the 6th strongest spot.

I have no idea, dunno about Saint Seiya, but they're definitely above the YGO characters.
Same in Low 2-C, Ness stalemates White Face while Giygas mind haxes it.
2-B they should be above the Sonic charas as Giygas stomped Solaris back then.

Giygas' mind hax is weird as it does not work on people who are mainly good of heart, but on morally grey/mostly evil it works. But is still 4D in potency, not to mention that his hax include things like Power Null, Transmutation, Blindness, Void Hax, etc.
The end is eeeeeeeh. Because the NEP does not cover from the hax Giygas has, but the AE1 yes, given that AE in EarthBound is not conceptual lol.
