Top 10 most potent eyes in fiction.

Ok so this is a list for the top 10 "best" eyes in fiction. So not necessarily strongest or higher tier but the ones who would be the most useful or most devastating to fight against (So for example eyes that passively mind hax with 3D potency would be much better than 2-A precog. So the precog is stronger but in most cases the passive mind hax would be much more useful). Tier 1A and above "eyes" are restricted.

That's not cus of his eyes though is it? IIRC it's just that his raw ap is so high that he can just bich slap people with his eyes. I don't think it was ever stated that his eyes are special.
 
Hmm Rinnegan, Sharingan and Mangekyou. Alpha Stigma, Geass, Jagan, Eyes of Death Perception. I'm sure I know more but no one come to mind. If I remember more i'll add.
 
Does azathoth count? I mean him waking up which requires you to open your eyes erases tier 0 beings. Although it is probably metaphorical.
 
Jagan may or maynot be first (since it's like an arsenal of it's own).

Rinnegan and Sharingan don't seem all that powerful but Sharingan may make the list.

Geass, maybe.

Alpha Stigma ain't that great from what i remember from the anime

Eyes of Death perception idk where that's from.

....No.

That's him waking up (ending his dream which means ending existence) that's erasing them. It's not literally his eyes that are doing the job. But as i said Tier 1-A and above "eyes" don't count.

Sekime in Steampunk is pretty cool. Though it's not really that uniform in its functionality other than maybe its capability to make someone die through gaze alone. And even those manifest in different manners from person to person, far as i know

Maybe in anime not, but in light novel (if Weaver of All Formula can be taken in equation then it can shit on almost all that are here).
 
Eye of Aeon from 11 eyes it's really broken.

A golden eye that bears a special power of precognition and is known as the Eye of Aeon. The user is able to use it in battle to predict and counter the opponent's moves effectively and thus dodge, block or counter in time.

The real power of the Eye of Aeon not only covers precognition, but also allows the bearer to assimilate all the memories, abilities, experiences and skills of billions of people, use them as his own and build upon them with his own skills. Kakeru can also use it to ignore the distance between his opponent and him, making his attack connect despite them being several dozen meters apart. He can also combine powers, both from the ones "provided" by the Eye and any new ones he acquired; he thus combined Raikiri's lightning element and abilities from a previous bearer of the Eye to creating new attacks.

Ultimately, it also allows the user to determine from an infinite amount of possibilities that exist for the future, the future they want. As long as there is even the tiniest, infinitesimal possibility that something can occur, no matter how improbable, the eye can make it happe.
 
To the person who mentioned Mystic Eyes of Death Perception above, a better eye would be Nasu Balor's eye which conceptually kills anything he glares at.
 
Oh LoLH, true forgot that. Inou Doue was also pretty good. Alpha Stigma had the power do deconstruct stuff and learn any magic right? That's pretty good. I don't think he has a profile here though.

Doesn't MeoDP utterly destroy Almighty if used right? Also, it has canonically wrecked an ability much similar to the Eye of Aeon, so it is above that as well.
 
Was going to suggest the eye of aeon, but it's already there.

In that case Raika's balor's evil eye is pretty good as well, it gives precog, enslaving ppl's souls, death manipulation, reality warping illusion, petrification.
