It's not GK's eyes that are special. It's GK himself. If i had GK's eyes i wouldn't be atomizing people, since it's GK's presence that atomizes more than his eyes.

More like the sekime which gives him the ability is haxed, since other ppl with it can freeze time, space, mind, and matter via eyesight.

Pretty sure THOK brought up about Sekime sometime ago here, where they brought up that it can manifest differently in different people. Golden King, as already been told and noted, can atomize anything in his line of sight and even of his presence. Another char in the WAB series, Hilde Rome d'Arc (also known as Joan of Arc) who comes from a currently untranslated VN, has her own Sekime and that one is noted by Celestial to do what it does, which makes every Sekime different from one another.
Granted that's just only two I know that has Sekime but they are indeed different from one another.
