Pretty simple changes, just adding scans/justifications and downgrading him to 8-A like the rest of the cast

Just minor nitpicking. Change the P&A to Bullet format.
Also You should add explanation for Blackflash and martial arts. Also advanced Sorcerer add scans where it stated Grade 1 Sorcerer.
Other than that everything looks good

It's easier to read when abilities are seperated. Just my preference but Currently most of the people also doing the same with other profiles. I will leave it to you.

You should add Statistics Amplification with Playful Cloud since it's strength increases with the user's and I'd recomend add more stuff to Todo's Intelligence section like how he deceived Hanami regarding his technique's rules, Todo should have Black Flash in both keys too

Pages be damned. Nanami on low 7-c, mahito low 7c as well. Im not sure at this point. Todo’s shibuya self should be low 7c then though for scaling to Mahito.

Nanami is also 8-A and Mahito is eventually gonna get downgraded as well. Basically everyone that's currently Low 7-C will be downgraded accept for the Top Tiers

After checking it properly. I'm 100 sure Todo achieved black flash in Shibuya due to his will

No Todo knew about black flash, but the scan of who has done it shows he's not included on who's done it. This is the same as Gojo knowing about rct and being told how to do it but not doing it.
