So right now on page cursed spirits have
High-Mid: The ability to regenerate from being blown/cut to pieces, brain included, or from a small piece of the user's body, such as a finger, or the heart.
The Finger Bearer doesn't regenerate from being sliced up by Sukuna, he ends up dying after Sukuna takes the finger out.
The Finger Bearer only shows Low-Mid.
I'm proposing instead curses should have at most Mid over time: we see Jogo has regenerated after being beheaded though two things I wanna point out;
1. Kenjaku says Jogo was at deaths door while beheaded, implying this state isn't common for curses to be in and can very well end them.
2. This regeneration appears to take an entire month as this happened before the Mahito arc and Mahito's remark implies that Jogo was in this state for a while, "Hey you're back to normal! Not having a body is a pain." and Jogo agrees.
3. Another thing is Jogo's size: he appears smaller than during his Gojo fight. Chapter 14 and 15 for reference to see more. It could just be me so if people disagree that's fine.
There's also curses like Dagon dying to being stabbed in the head (a lot), Kurourushi dying to being ripped apart, and dying to having his head blasted off, Kenjaku's special grades dying to being blown apart, dying to getting its head damaged.
And for the case of Mahito... it's Mahito, his ct allows for his regeneration more than him being a cursed spirit does.
