cocky vs cokcy... lets see who is cockier. speed is equalized. i dont how to go about the chakra/reishi difference, so ill make them equal. this is alive tobirama and base aizen. as to make this more down to earth, ill take away kyouka suigetsu from aizen, as it feels kinda hollow (pa dum tss) if he wins using that, instead of using his own strength. both are bloodlusted. 1km apart to give them time.
