Dude literally eclipses him, he would never break free, dude could incap with one hand and use the other to administer sleeping, toxins, shock, etc.

Soliton and the dozen other radars and marking would still allow BB to know where he is. And again, he has to know it's coming, what's good body control if you're taken out off guard, from a mile away, with an attack you can't see, sense or even hear coming. Let alone traps that proc based on his own actions that would effect regardless of control, like gas and inhalable substances.

Snake is impervious to NVG, HT, Sonar, light based visuals (so basic perception), and more, he also knows when Test is coming due to Soliton and thus, can avoid him every time. I could go on, who gives a damn if he asks it to find him, doesn't mean it can.

Also mentioning this again, Big Boss has multiple EMP's with huge AOE, any reason why these EMP's wouldnt render that jetpack and other stuff moot?

It can't find Snake. And Big Boss' EMP's can destabilize mecha, it's honestly one of the most common uses of it.

Dodge how? Dodge an attack he can't see, can't hear, can't sense, etc.
And the pack won't be doing much if it gets disabled due to EMP's.

This is ignoring BB commonly deploys gas tactics like sleeping gas, is the pack gonna cut off all air flow too? Is it gonna asphyxiate test himself killing him so he doesn't accidentally breathe in a substance you can't even prove it'd be able to detect?
And the time rewind, that's cool, but who's to say that doesn't get disabled? Or who's to say Test isn't taken out before he ever gets the chance to even attempt to use it, sleep hax, stun hax, boiling steam, incap guns, or even a bullet through the head or back to immobilize or cripple his arms.
What about BB simply outmuscling him via LS, or a stun rod that would fry him with 1.5m volts? etc.
