The strongest pokemon vs the weakest pokemon, but with a twist

Arceus with all of his abilities (let's give him the meadow plate. Moves: Judegement, Hyper beam, Giga impact and solar beam) vs Magikarp (item: focus Sash. Moves: Flail, splash, tackle and quick attack.) Arceus gets the first move. No speed equalization. Who wins?

Arceus.

The gap in power is a decent bit larger than infinity between them, and Magikarp will be completely de-atomized from the first hit, Focus Sash or not.

But even if we absolutely wank Focus Sash to the point of being able to work, even against Arceus, even an infinite number of Flails from Magikarps with 1 HP would do a grand total of 0 damage to the llama, just like the Quick Attacks and Tackles would.

And this is just comparing AP and Dura. Doesn't factor in the massive blitz going on here, how Magikarp doesn't have the range to even land a hit on Arceus, how Arceus is an absolute hax god, and so on and so forth.

This is one of the biggest stomps I've seen on this site.

Either Plot-Induced Stupidity or Game Mechanics. Let's be real here. If some 10 year old did try to catch Arecus, Arceus would just wipe the ball or the kid from existence.
