Megaverses are a thing in Marvel. Asteroth's wording and the Handbook suggest they're larger than multiverses.

What rating would you get from destroying one if you exclude Marvel's dimensionality stuff?

Well, a single universe is 2-A.
A single multiverse is 2-A
So a megaverse is really high into 2-A.
Probably higher but not sure.

I think it would be between 2-A with a much larger baseline or Low 1-C as it contains an uncountable amount of 2-A multiverses, which similar to the MCU would contain several instances of infinities that are represented in a much larger space

Well, it depends on the story they are featured in. Most writers do not seem to handle them as multiversal entities nowadays. Hence, people who haven't read stories featuring them at their peaks easily get confused.
