Aokiji can freeze the air... And he won't be fast enough to get out of range....

Daewi destroys the ice freezing the air, and him being fast enough doesn't matter since all he has to do is counter attacks while flying away until he's out of range

Will be to slow... Aokiji dodges them or tanks them while freezing Daewi.

Yeah too slow in speed equal lmao, the point of the shockwaves are to destroy any ice coming his way not to actually harm Aokiji, they are simply a defensive countermeasure to Aokiji spamming ice since he will break apart the ice with said shockwaves

Your misinterpretating the statement lol, it states the process of the freezing itself is nigh instant, not the speed of the attack. If I'm wrong then you need to get a CRT done for Aokiji since his page doesn't specify that his speed goes higher with ice attacks
