I think yes. But shouldn't Boros' ship and armor scale? Also what happened to MHS Genos and Class Z Orochi calculations?

I guess you are right.
MHS+ Genos was debunked one, people agreed about MHS Genos IIRC.
What about Psykos? I think it is unreasonable that her third and fourth keys are Class G while the first two are Class T. Also, the chunk she lifted was calculated 1.3e21kg

Tatsumaki had not shown the ability to regenerate before in order to somehow close her wounds. The first time, she was bleeding due to the fact that her own forces were turned against her, acting on her body either directly or through a passive barrier that is much less durable than normal.
The second time she was caught off guard and hit with the same spears as the first time. This was followed by an electrical attack directly inside the wound, which should bypass durability.
In fact, all the injuries she suffered were the result of her own strength.

Psychics close their wounds with TK. No, her power just failed, they weren't somehow reflected back against her. Also, the fact that she needed all her power and concentration to slowly kill a weakened Psykos really proves my point that she's not astronomically above her.
Not even relevant.
Kind of proves my point if you're claiming the bleeding was because of the effort she expended.
Ok, then.
She didn't lift that. Her beam threw it up. It'd be like giving someone lifting strength because they hit the ground hard enough for it to go flying.

I don't remember any of the characters in the verse covering their wounds with TK, so it's very controversial.
The difference between Tatsumaki's and Psykos's strengths is large enough that she doesn't take her seriously. I don't think the difference is a hundredfold, but Tatsumaki in theory should be at least 5-7 times stronger, considering that she was able to suppress her strength and squeeze like a lemon with one attack.
However, that Tatsumaki, Psykos and Genos are best left at 5-C.
Only Saitama should scale to Low 5-B, and not to the baseline, but to a value of several zetatons. Boros scales to the Low 5-B baseline.

I was probably thinking of the webcomic, then.
She absolutely does and had to use her full might to win. It's one attack in the same way that barriers are a single move, she's constantly applying force and took a lot of evidence.
