I mean more than likely she reaches low 5-b based on orochi feat. as I mentioned earlier, if we use a 1.31x multiplier to upscale her, she's just .2 exatons over low planet level. But it depends on how they want to upscale psykos.

The only people besides Saitama you can argue are Low 5-B are Tats and Boros since they upscale from people who upscale from Orochi.

Psykos also can hurt Tats, so, whatever the tier Tats is, Psykos also need to be, so, either have both at 5-C or Low 5-B

Saitama thought Orochi as some bratty child while he actually had some level of respect and recognition against Boros. Psykorochi thought she was more powerful than ever before and Orochi thought he could be Saitama, who clapped him with no effort.
Saitama should get At least Low 5-B, likely far higher. MB Boros and Tatsumaki should just be placed as At least Low 5-B. genos should back scale to 5-C+ with ten seconds mode as he's still somewhat weaker than Psykorochi, who's baseline. But should Low 5-B with his True Spiral Incineration as he could match her with this attack.

I think we agreed to keep him the same because he'd need that level of durability, and he was technically performing the feat merely by drawing out the energy itself rather than absorbing it. Plus, we don't even know the difference between normal Orochi and this Gaia Cannon.
But she's not leagues stronger. It still took a lot of effort.

we should not conclude that saitama is serious just by the name of the technique. when saitama is attacked with gaia cannon his expression is just normal while when he is attacked with a meteoric burst he is a little surprised

Saitama then gets a Small Planet level rating and a possibly far higher because he held back massively.
And we're planning to scale MB to Small Planet level, it's Released Boros that's an unknown amount above Orochi.
