The Most Wholesome Characters on the wiki

I also have a character to suggest:
Garlan Tyrell

He's a very adorable character.
Here are some passages from A Wiki of Ice and Fire:

"Garlan speaks and dances with Sansa during her wedding to Tyrion Lannister. He tries to assuage Sansa's fears about marrying Tyrion, despite the fact that most of the Tyrells are avoiding any interaction with Sansa in the wake of their attempts to marry Sansa off to Willas Tyrell having been foiled. Garlan remarks that Tyrion is a "bigger man than he seems"

"Garlan and his wife, Leonette Fossoway, attend the royal wedding of Joffrey to Margaery. While there, he speaks to Tyrion, praising his plans which helped save King's Landing from Stannis Baratheon's forces, and tells Tyrion that he is "made to do great deeds". He also rebukes Joffrey for publicly shaming Tyrion and destroying Tyrion's wedding gift, Lives of Four Kings. Garlan unsuccessfully tries to save the boy king when he chokes to death."

Garlan also helped Tyrion when he was humiliated by Joffrey:

Tyrion called for another cup of wine. But suddenly he felt Ser Garlan's hand on his sleeve. "My lord, beware," the knight warned. "The king." [...] "You can get up now, Uncle." His legs cramped as he tried to rise, and almost spilled him again. Tyrion had to grab hold of a chair to steady himself. Ser Garlan lent him a hand. Joffrey laughed, and Cersei as well. Then others. He could not see who, but he heard them.
