One thing, but why are the people voting for Goku arguing that Goku won't kill Sonic by one shotting while in the previous thread that used this exact version of Sonic they literally argued he will do it? As well as in other threads such as Sonic & Knuckles VS Goku & Piccolo

As for ""goku will kill". Goku only kills when it's absolute necessary to do so, and even in that he avoids killing.
Nappa? The guy who killed yamcha, tien and chaotzu, relatively close friends and piccolo? Still didn't kill him.
Vegeta? Tried to destroy the earth? Didn't kill him.
Frieza? most racist space map ever? Didn't do it till the last time.
So goku doesn't go ever for the kill. against weaker opponents just dodged and neck chop, or kaia

On the contrary, Goku is only 2.2x stronger. U7 hasn’t been accepted as 220x 3-A for a while now. Not that it matters because 2.2x is more that enough to incapacitate.

Kiai works via Goku literally just looking at Sonic and having an AP shockwave basically spawn ok him so Goku's attack is more likely to land. Idk anything about the defensive aura though, does it have feats on working on someone with such a massive AP advantage?

Shadow is equal to Sonic while Infinite stomped Sonic with Boost on his first battle with him, and in Sonic's second battle they were evenly matched

Son Goku is not 2.2x baseline, if calculating universe size was prohibited, he won't even be 2.2x baseline, I do not know where that came from, but it's not prohibited, I've not heard of any such rule, and base Son Goku in BoG has been 220x baseline universal for 13 years now.
