That's ignoring the context. The interlude is basically saying that Tamamo with Nine Tails is a World Destroying Evil that is comparable to Goetia. The Three Thousand Worlds is just a reference to Buddhism while hyping up Tamamo and Goetia to be World Destroyers. That's it.
