Once again, Saber's first three keys do not have access to the Tier 1 Excalibur. Excalibur has a varying power mechanism where it gets stronger when used against threats to the world. This is why it could one shot Sefar, heavily injure Cernnunnos, and was used as a trump card against U-Olga Marie. Notably in LB7, Excalibur doesn't do anything to U Olga Marie because she is not a Threat to the World. You need more proof to add Tier 1 scaling to base servant Artoria. Extella Artoria is fine to change, and so is Gil.

You need to go the All purpose request thread and ask for the profiles to be opened (You'll need to link them all so good luck).
After adding the revision you ask the profiles to be closed in the same thread.

Don't forget to link the Crt after editing to not be mistaken for vandalism.
