Uh, a bunch of staff members are already putting in their votes above, that doesn't look like not reaching a conclusion.Well, if we cannot reach a conclusion here, we will likely have to remove the feat and statistic from Superman's page, in lack of better options.
No?Well, if we cannot reach a conclusion here, we will likely have to remove the feat and statistic from Superman's page, in lack of better options.
I agree with this sentiment. Like I've already stated, we are indeed inching towards a conclusion as the staff members are finally starting to put in their thoughts. It just needs more staff to engage. That's all.I'm still soundly B
No?
Why wouldn't we simply go with the option accepted by majority
We've had several staff voice their opinions for both sides and several blue names, that's by no means inconclusive and your decision to remove the feat in light of that simply caves into Option A
I suggest these be put in the OP for easier navigation so that the Staff can properly weigh in their thoughts and not get clouded by 5 pages of banter that has taken months to conclude.A: Giving the 1-A World Forger a black eye from some sun dips, that have never remotely powered up Superman to anywhere near this degree previously, is a ridiculously extreme outlier that is irreconcilable with the overall narrative of the character, as he could have ended virtually every single world-threatening conflict that he has ever been involved in with extreme ease otherwise.
B: Very special circumstances were in effect here. More specifically, Mxyzptlk had imbued Superman with power for years in order to send him to the 6th Dimension, which is a higher order of existence, and Superman then powered up further via 6th Dimensional stars, created by a wishing machine, and this should be specified in a special statistics key in his character profile page.
I'm sorry, what? No, they don't.Those staff members technically still prefer option A.
Yes, the people who previously selected A did not mention anything further, but they did do so previously, and only picked B because I asked them to help us put an end to this discussion. No
Literally only Medusa mentioned a sentiment like that in their comment, rest who commented again strictly picked one option
And guess what? B outnumbers them via staff alone, even more so with normal users on the list.Yes, the people who previously selected A did not mention anything further, but they did do so previously, and only picked B because I asked them to help us put an end to this discussion.
A: Antvasima, AKM sama, DarkDragonMedeus, Firestorm808, Promestein, SomebodyData, (Jibz)
B: Elizhaa, KLOL506, The_Impress, Qawsedf234, LordGriffin1000, Confluctor, Tllmbrg, (Kulf_Boba), (Greenshifter), (XXKINGXX69), (Hellbeast), (Bobsican), (Pikaman)
Neutral to Both: Damage3245
Yes, I find the very notion of voting for something they don't agree in to be completely absurd. This is not something we should be forcing people to do quickly, but rather we should take our time and let them vote out of their own volition based on what side of the argument they think works out the best.Okay cool and?
They chose B, if they don’t support B then they shouldn’t do that
If ending the discussion means “let’s rush this so we can just nuke the Key no questions asked” I’d rather keep it going
I’m sorry but in what world does voting for an option mean that you don’t support it?
You might wanna update that, Firestorm shifted from A to B later down the line.See my last post. Here is the original tally:
B is fine.
My point is simply to express that plenty of staff have been giving opinions so we shouldn't just rush the discussion and nuke the key without further discussionOkay cool and?
My apologies, but normal users do not have a vote in staff forum threads. And guess what? B outnumbers them via staff alone, even more so with normal users on the list.
Doesn't matter, more staff have votes for B than for A.My apologies, but normal users do not have a vote in staff forum threads.
I think we need more staff weighing in on this or else this gonna go nowhere at all, since you yourself said that this is too inconclusive. Good, we can tag more staff then.Anyway, 3 bureaucrats and two administrators in conjunction supporting A, still makes this thread far too inconclusive as it stands.
Then don't push yourself too much, Ant. We've been telling you to cut some slack for years now. Your health comes first.I am thoroughly exhausted and rather sick at the moment, with many other tasks to do though, so I do not have the time to continue to argue about it.
Are you doing ******* trick questions in a CRT now?Well, if we cannot reach a conclusion here, we will likely have to remove the feat and statistic from Superman's page, in lack of better options.
Ant, you're not the only staff member here, there are several other staff members who can handle it for you, and you have 3 more bureaucrats helping you out with this. Seriously, take it easy. The wiki's not going anywhere.Well, nobody else will take care of my most crucial administrative maintenance tasks if I do not handle them.

This extremely comes off as pressuring
For gods sakes. I am not pressuring him. We need to confirm this, and can only do so by asking. This extremely comes off as pressuring
Which of the following options/solutions do you think seems best for us to use?
