Two main revisions, one exclusively for the non-canon version of Donnerverse Superman and one for both keys.
Revision 1: Superman 4 - the Quest for Combat Speed
Currently, Clark's combat speed is scaled to him moving and reacting to stopping the Moon. But I have some new accepted calcs from Superman 4 that can serve as an upgrade for combat speed, there are two of interest.
During his long fight with Superman, Nuclear Man flies to Earth at Sub-Relativistic speed. Both should relativity one another while flying throughout their fight, so this should be applicable to combat speed.
Superman is as fast as Nuclear Man, and being made of Superman's DNA other Kryptonians should scale to this "non-peak" speed. As seen in Superman II, General Zod, Ursa, and Non were shown to be comparable to Superman in speed, and Superman could react to them flying at him.
But that's not all, earlier in the movie, Superman throws all of Earth's nuclear weapons into the Sun at FTL+ speeds. I believe this should at least warrant FTL+ attack speed via throwing, but there is an argument for this scaling to Superman himself.
Superman initially spun his entire body to generate momentum, and ended by rotating his arms. Given how much heavier the nukes are compared to Superman's body, he would have to be spinning and moving his arms faster than them. Now the main concern would be the time taken to build-up the momentum of the nukes, however that is likely because of how heavy the nukes are, and Superman most likely can generate such speed far quicker when unhindered by such weight.
So I propose that non-canon Superman be upgraded to Sub-Relativistic combat speed with FTL+ attack speed via thrown projectiles OR have straight up FTL+ combat speed and attack speed via thrown projectiles.
Revision 2: That Heat Vision Thing I Forgot Last Time
I brought this up in my last thread, but I forgot to push for it. Basically, Superman's heat vision should grant him Speed of Light attack speed because all Kryptonian heat vision 1) travels in a straight line 2) heats up and melts objects and 3) reflects off of mirrors
The only two anti-feats I can find for the light criteria are these instances where the heat vision seems to be causing explosions instead of heating up things, but in general the heat vision fulfills the criteria.
