Super Janemba Strongest DBZ villain

Is Super Janemba theoretical the strongest villian in DBZ. I also fond this articale about Shin Budokai Janemba and the creators toughts about it.

You're not wrong. SB Janemba is the strongest villain in a composite canon. Not really followed closely by anybody.

Only other DB character near SBJ is Zeno.

Given that the BoG and RoF films got rewritten as DB Super arcs, then yes Janemba is the most powerful Z villain I believe. And Shin Budokai Janemba is without a doubt the most powerful DB villain in general, or at least most powerful one this site has a profile for.

I enjoyed that article and liked the creators' insight on the character along with hearing their personal favorite characters.

I'm not sure if this was why you asked about the article, but I certainly would not take the "he's as powerful in the game as he was in the movie" line seriously. As nothing from feats, statements or powerscaling puts film Janemba anywhere remotely close to SB Janemba by any stretch of the imagination. Just another case of authors not understanding how powerful they made their characters, which isn't very uncommon here.
