Hmm, this seems oddly specific. This pretty much leaves the lower tiers blank, as most characters in those tiers have higher tiers.

Imma throw Armed With Wings for 3-A (Since the low 2-C is an assumption, not a higher tier).

Right now Warframe takes Low 6-B handily. They may get an upgrade later this week though.

Soul Eater takes 6-C

And Dead Cells takes High 8-C.

What are some canidates for 8-A, since all the 8-As on Top 5 strongest characters for every tier are smurfs or are in a verse with higher tiered characters?

If nobody wants to argue, then I'd like to put forth Azure Striker Gunvolt for 8-A since Gunvolt is a contender for 6th once Psylocke gets removed from the top 5 (A Yu-Gi-Oh character is repacing her). While he can't ignore durability, he has Causality Manipulation and the other three 8-As there do ignore durability.

Current competitors for 3-A are Touhou and Armed with Wings, then? Assuming everyone's fine with allowing the lower tier when a "likely" exists. And Fist of the North Star and Silverio compete for 6-B.

Since most of the best High 8-Cs are from verses with higher tiered characters, probably Dead Cells for High 8-C.

I think Toujou Karuna's verse has no feats above High 8-C either. There are some more High 8-C in his verse as well, though I haven't made profiles for those yet... In any case, does Dead Cells get past him?

It isn't really applicable, she is non-corporeal only when she isn't possessing a vessel, but she can't really do anything in that state until she is summoned again.

Killing the vessel (Or the summoner) forces her to go back into that state, which means that while beating her up doesn't kill her, she gets incapacitated anyway.

Also, Silverio has a Low 2-C so they shouldn't compete for 6-B
