Saitama cannot change the destiny of the gate, neither close or open it.

The meteor and Garou vs Boros statements both imply this.
Murata did say "if Tatsumaki were able to pull the meteor from space, she would have been able to bring down Boros' ship without difficulty"
And if it would be minimum somewhat difficult for Tatsumaki to bring down his ship, that does imply some comparability between Boros and Tatsumaki
Likewise, the Boros vs Garou statement is outdated now that Cosmic Garou exists but if there's any still truth to it would also imply Boros > Orochi
Are you sure the logic of monster attacks increasing on earth in linear fashion applies to Boros? For all we know this dangerous escalation is confined to earth and earth alone, meaning it would have no bearing on how powerful Boros is.

are you really relying on outdated statements? pretty sure One and Murata didnt think that Tatsumaki could tank multicontinental beams at that time. Those statements are 10 years old, everything changed. Tatsumaki is much more powerful than what she was supposed to be, just by the fact that the cadres vs Tatsumaki got excluded proofs this.
and the statement is about THREATS TO THE EARTH, theres nothing that implies that it’s only meant for earth’s beings

The key thing was that you said nothing implies Boros < Orochi, which was disingenuous since you know those statements exist and that a good chunk of the fanbase, if not a majority, believes they still hold up today
It's unfortunate that ONE and Murata haven't made any powerscaling statements since the Orochi redraws, but that doesn't mean they're not a worthwhile secondary source of information
I don't know why you're shouting about threats to earth, by that logic Boros might be stronger than Orochi since Orochi was on earth at his current approximate power level for at least months before Boros showed up

actually this is bullshit, biased (90% of the fandom) opinions shouldnt be considered in powerscaling. Also, using your logic he is as strong as monster garou, something that is blatantly false.
you cannot just decide when the statement can be used and when it cannot. Monster Garou perfomed better feats, and the statement got debunked. Orochi also did the same, so… This is VERY BIASED, just proofing that Boros a LOT of fanboys.
