It’s not really aim dodging, a light speed combo would blitz anyone that’s to slow to react to it. Sim dodging don’t stop a blitz.

it changes N O T H I N G, he is NOT the one opening the portal, he is just moving the gate. The one who manipulates the portal is blast/garou.
Saitama cannot change the destiny of the gate, neither close or open it.
