The whole Blast scaling is weird just because of the EC fight. Btw could that blood be EC's and not his? I guess EC was amped by God but considering EC was still confident in fighting Blast a couple of years later it's weird to me. Blast definitely wasn't Pre-Molt EC level two years ago, that scaling chain has many contradictions.

wouldn't be the first time a centipede does some messed up shit to scaling consistency (Sage Centipede doing literally anything screws up everything)

Tatsumaki if Taylor Swift is fighting solo, but realistically a battle would include her hivemind of "Swifters" who would likely rip out Tatsumaki's organs if she so much as looked at Taylor in a bad way.

Character-list wise?
At least peak of high-tier or low top-tier. Probably stronger than characters like Tatsumaki, Orochi, and Boros and all the characters around that league (in no particular order) but below CF Garou, Blast, and I'm guessing the majority of Blast's teammates. Kind of like a weird league of his own, in between the peak of what I would call the high-tier's (Tats, Orochi, Boros, etc. IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER) but below or at least very low in what I'd consider the top-tier's (Blast Group, Blast, CF Garou, Saitama, and God, in that order). I imagine at best he'll be on par with the low or mid-tier's of Blast's group who I envision still being strong enough to stomp Tats and Boros.
Stats wise?
AP-At LEAST gonna be multi-continent (high 6-A), but I'm guessing more so in the interstellar category. I would not be particularly surprised if he ends up downscaling from Blast's large star-solar though. It's funny considering how big of a gap there is in what level he could be (high 6-A) vs what level he should be (high 4-C-4-B).
Speed-At least gonna be blitzing Flashy Flash tier's, maybe on par with Blast speed tho.
Rest should be easy to guess.

Considering that Blast sorta scales to a serious punch that would be absurd
hopefully it just ends up with ninja leader being in the orochi to tatsumaki tiers instead

Blast can’t scale to a serious punch as the serious punch has no set power none of saitama moves seem to any set limit unless he goes all out
