This is my favorite Tatsumaki panel of all time.
The flashback to her childhood as a helpless girl, her own internal monologue about the kid that has to be saved and that genuinely annoyed expression at the incompetence of her fellow S Class Heroes. It encompasses her character perfectly.
A truly caring and heroic woman with a really rough exterior due to trauma and the stress of being the ultimate line of defence of humanity.
