There's no evidence of either situation. The only scan we see of Orochi is him skewered and ripped to pieces. It's a massive leap to assume he withstood any amount of damage from the spear.

Question about the High 6-A Psykos with Serum key... does the High 6-A rating come from scaling to the reversal of the bombardment or the moon jump?
I hope we're not downscaling Serum Psykos from Tatsumaki's full power, since Tatsumaki, Psykos and the fan translation chapter 131: "Tatsumaki full power" title all state that Serum Psykos did not go up against Tatsumaki's full power, we can't even guarantee the possibility it was a quantifiable percentage of Tatsumaki's full power.
I think the idea that it's less than 1% or 0.1% or what have you matches up with the destruction caused by their psychic clash compared to the base lift that is the first time we hear about Tatsumaki's full power

The Tier 6 rating comes from scaling to the bombardment, which according to the databook damaged Boros' ship, which took the moon jump.
So she's not scaling to Tornado's full power, but downscaling from Saitama's moon jump.

Tatsumaki already showed us one billion times that her shields are 24/7 but still the “speedblitz” excuse is being used

when Orochi caught tatsumaki off guard her shields were on, when psykorochi fired the continent slice, tatsumaki didnt even react to it and got no damaged

the only way to hurt tatsumaki is turning off her aura. She doesnt need to be protected by a circle shaped aura to be shielded

no, he is not stronger, not even close to. Even narrative implies psykorochi to be superior, since she is the own will of the earth (GOD himself) to exterminate the racional beings.
She was personally choosen by GOD to represent him, even thought his main objective was to use her to get a new avatar (Tatsumaki), and we know this because GOD actually WANTED tatsumaki to touch his hand
Sage centipede is just what remained from the main objective, a second option.
