I miss Saitama's old quote against Pre retcon Orochi. That one was raw as hell and I wished they kept that in the redraw. It would've been so cool if he said that to Garou.

I'm sorry, but I'm tired of hearing these self introductions. King of this, ancient weapon of that, final evolution of something, sealed whatnot, whole universe whatever, so on and so forth. I've fought a ton of guys like you, what's the big difference? All this stuff about ultimate life form...You'll end up getting one punched anyway...

This is casual Saitama too.

From that to him not even acknowledging Orochi as an enemy even remotely.

Maybe Garou vs Toei Buuhan could be fair? Buu can regenerate from vaporization to avoid getting APstomped and is basically a composite of the DBZ cast.
He's also one of the few DB characters who shouldn't just get downed nigh-instantly from passive radiation. I don't think his cosmic rays would effect basically a bubble-gum man.

it's not about copying speed force, it's about copying the ability to tap into it, not the force itself
This is actually a good point. If Garou could copy the ability to tap into the speed force (I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do this), couldn't he theoretically train himself to eventually tap into the full power of the speed force?

Checked Mai profile and she doesn't resist radiation, yeah looks like Garou vs Mai is going to be chaotic lel
Tho i dunno if disease resistance would save you from radiation

I think Garou vs Buu might work
No man, Buu die cuz Radiation, the only characters (I don't count those who have different physiology) that can resist the absurd level of radiation are Godzilla monsters (minus kong), Nuclear Throne, some Heralds, Toxzon and Max(Classic), all those who scaling to survive near a black/White hole

If it weren't for speed equalization, vs battles would be hellish and almost impossible to find non-stomps.
actually there would be more common matches where hax and speed gaps would have to fight AP and dura gaps which is a fairly common trope in fictional fights actually
a good old david vs whoever the big slow guy was
yknow?

As much as I hate it, it's true.

He could theoretically, but tapping into the speed force only happens through pretty specific circumstances, and Garou can't do that in the midst of battle, especially when he's fighting a speedster.

Isn't Barry like the King of the Speed Force at least in Post-Flashpoint? Not to mention speedsters like Wally can speed steal, so he could yeet the Speed Force (and motion in general) right out of Garou.

I mean, speedsters in general can steal speed from others and essentially make them into living statues

Yeah the Speedsters scale to sextillions x FTL and can statue and blitz characters who are quintillions x FTL. Garou can't remotely keep up with something that fast

I was so close to making Garou fight SCP 682 when I realized Garou can't even kill the Article Canon version of SCP 682, which is 9-A 💀

682 probably can't kill Garou. But Garou can't kill 682 either because 682 got incorporeality, Low Godly Regen and Immortality Type 9

Tbh I doubt that Garou can't learn NPI.

I hate how OPM hasn't introduced soul-related stuff yet. That's one of the relatively more common things in fiction. Hopefully, Physic Sisters arc does it.
God might be able to use it. But considering that Garou's spirit still went back in time after God killed him, maybe not. Of course God may just have not targeted Garou's soul.
