I can't imagine how strong Platinum S would be. At least a million times stronger than his current form. So, I guess he might be a challenge for Tatsumaki or maybe even stronger considering he's already faster.

Blast couldn’t kill Elder Centipede. Centipede could escape him. This implies Elder Centipede can keep up with Blast, and even outrun him.
Blast is easily FTL, as he could super casually go FTE to Flashy Flash, who can somewhat keep up with FTL characters.
Ergo, Elder Centipede is FTL+. Hoodie Genos, Bang and Bomb scale. Orochi scales, as does Tatsumaki.
