I proposed it long ago. People rejected it. And at best, it's only a possibly 5-B as that's how we treat Murata statements.

I honestly think a possibly 5-B rating is totally fine for Saitama. First, there's him saying he's gonna destroy the Earth (an unreliable statement on its own but not at all a farfetched idea and is supported by other evidence), and then Murata saying he could if he felt like it, you also have that he casually no-diffed a Low 5-B attack as well, which really closes the gap from High 6-A to 5-B. He already has a likely far higher so it definitely wouldn't be a bad idea to just change that to possibly 5-B, when actually considering the other evidence in addition.

Even if it wasn't just 4th wall awareness and Saitama was actually on the level of the writers, I don't think that'd be enough to qualify for 1-A when OPM's cosmology doesn't go beyond 1 finite universe.

I think it only counts as even Low 1-A if the main verse is High 1-B and something supersedes it completely, or something similar to that. And OPM cosmology is nowhere near even 2-A at the moment.
