Okay, well Bang went "abandonment" or whatever that form would be called. Bang vs. Garou implies that Bang is superior to Darkshine individually, but perhaps not but much since Garou is still unconscious and hasn't taken any damage. Bang however, took a solid hit from Garou and is still standing. Would like some clearer AOE Feats though.

To be fair, it isn't clear that Bang fully scales to Garou, we have to wait until their fight ends to know. We can see that Bang was visibly bleeding but Garou didn't seem to take damage. Apparently, his performance against Garou isn't much better than Bomb did (per the latest chapter).Bro put some respect on the councils’ name.Anyways I figured Bang > Darkshine before this but this is kinda icing on the cake. Also is Golden Sperm > Genos?
GS looks weak then I thought he should be. Fuhrer Ugly, whose strength rivals Darkshine's, could withstand blows from him without getting obliterated. So I assume that Tatsumaki at full power, just needs one look to kill him. Or that is just outlier or PIS that FU survived and Golden Sperm's true strength actually lies somewhere else.

Didn't Garou already know the breathing technique before? He used it against Orochi iirc. So I guess Bang's is superior to his, and he just perfectly copied Bang's.

He used it against the A class heroes too before using it vs Orochi. It feels weird that Garou's BT is on the same level as Bang's because Bang's one is depicted with more letters than the rest. If weakened Bomb scales to current Garou, that means he is way stronger than Bang in base, because a healthy Bang is doing similarly using BT, which Bomb didn't.

Also, I know this wiki uses "acid resistance" but I think this chapter clearly shows GS is more durable than Darkshine.

Did Black Sperm really use up all of his cells to create Golden Sperm? To me, he seems to still have a massive amount of cells remain. It is different from the webcomic where he only had 100 cells remain. He was also extremely sad when he had no choice but to merge into Golden Sperm, but in the manga, he didn't seem to be that sad.

So the sword Nichirin pulled out is called Nichirin (Sun Ring) and there's another sword in the world called Getsurin (Moon Ring). It is said that the swordsman that comes to possess both swords will gain invincible power. There was one swordsman from the Council of Swordmasters in the past that came into possession of both swords but I don't know how to translate that name so just wait for english translation for the name.

am i the only one who doesnt want diamond sperm or platinum sperm or whatever the next level is gonna be called? I want golden sperm to be the final form. it just gets too repetitive and boring if theres another one. plus, golden sperm looks amazing right now. how is diamond sperm even going to top this? get even more muscular? nah that would be ridiculous.
