Why would there be steam? That was vaporised too.
The “specs” are the trails of Psykrochi’s beam. That’s why it’s white and glowing. We see more of those every time she fires.

The fanservice during psykorochi's fight proofs this. Psykorochi vs Tatsumaki is by far the best fight i've seen in a manga.... Maybe being fanboy but just my opinion.

It is /A/ sign of vaporisation but it does not mean there HAS to be steam for vaporisation. A sufficiently powerful attack would vaporise the droplets that form steam itself.

Unfortunatley we don't get Garou resist Tatsumaki's Power with his willpower alone. This things also a good way that we don't have to add Tatsumaki's weakness to enemy with strong willpower to her profile.

Vaporisation: Applied when the matter that was destroyed was vaporised during the attack. Much like for Pulverization, we usually use this value when we see no remains of the matter that was destroyed in the attack, but in addition there has to be a considerable amount of visible vapor and/or character statements that imply vaporization, usually the latter.

also, this wasnt even implied in the manga, tatsumaki has been always treated like a bigboss by murata and one.

even thought, tatsumaki can easily surpass boros, just a decent speed feat and this starts being a missmatch
superior AP (excluding that boy sucidial move), superior durability, superior stamina, superior range, superior lifting strenght, smarter, literally only speed allows him to shit on tatsumaki
and garou, for now let's just allow the boy to be the big one, for now.

I would like to see how Tatsumaki's vs Saitama in the Manga, the Fight would give Tatsumaki new speed feat considering they Fought crossing several cities, maybe in the Manga it will circle the planet in a fast timframe than in the Webcomic.

tats had 2 weakness in webcomic= at how fast she can throw things and that she can't defend and attack at the same time with the same efficiency as only focusing in defense or only in attack
in manga= she can defend and attack at the same time with the same potency, while throwing her spear at orochi she was still covering s city with her huge barrier, so this is no more an weakness, now we just need a speed feat to delete the another weakness...

the statement says that she can't throw objects like he does, because her output would be too powerful and the object would incenerate with air fricction, THIS IS THE ONLY STATEMENT. This most likely says that she is as fast as him but can't eliminate air pressure.

The only thing that‘s happen is Garou has moved from “gets stomped by Tatsumaki no diff” to “we don’t know who’d win since Tatsumaki has never gone all out from the get go and we don’t know her speed”
