Doesn't matter that he's an ego centric character if his statments hold value. Isn't he the dominator of the universe? He's beaten everyone in the universe and he's being realistic about it. And of course he thought he was going to beat Saitama, because he knew he had moves in his sleeve that far surpassed his normal capabilities (fire blasts, Meteoric Burst and CSRC).

Does it matter? If the energy supply which with he's fighting allows him to regenerate better than Melzalgard, that's all he needs.
Ok, so Boros’ word is law? Let’s give his Released form planet surface+ AP then, since he said he wounded Saitama.

”He’s beaten everyone in the universe”
He died before he ever stepped foot on earth’s surface. So, you’re literally wrong.

Except Melzargard’s regeneration is as good if not better WHILE being limitless, whereas Boros is limited and may not even be able to regenerate if he’s completely braindead.

No, when clearly another person on the ship has a faster regen, which does not need concentration, does not depend on energy and still heals much more significant damage than that of Boros, this argument is invalidated
How do you know it doesn't require concentration? Never stated, especially when Melzalgard is conscious about what's happening during the while fight.

Why is it faster?

More significant damage? Ironic, we haven't seen Boros' regeneration limits.

Scan?

Before arriving at the Earth, obviously, which is just a planet in the whole universe, he had beaten everyone. What's so ego centric with calling himself the dominator of it when he's cleared 99'99999% of the enemies. Seems like a pretty logic statement.

Guys, since Boros’ word is apparently complete law and infallible, like every other being in the series clearly, he should have MOON LEVEL AP in Released form since he stated he could wound Saitama.

I see no faults with this. It is a Boros statement afterall.

That's easy. Boros isn't lying because he honestly believes he has damaged Saitama after blasting him with one of his trump cards. I don't see how he's being dishonest, especially since he is motivated about being winning the fight (something that wouldn't be possible if he knew that wasn't the case) and he is at a far distance from Saitama, meaning he can't really see the damage/ believes the bruises that Saitama has (which are probably dust or something) are actually wounds.

Where is it said you need concentration? Because we saw Melza turn around a bunch of little pieces and regenerate, without even the brain being unharmed. Don't assume things
Why is it faster?
Because it regenerated in seconds of being torn to pieces
More significant damage? Ironic, we haven't seen Boros' regeneration limits.
We did see it, the power ran out and he died. Do not assume things, the massimo that boros regenerated was to have ifollow divided into a mass, which not in several pieces was

Look closer, those are speed lines behind what I drew.
And this is relevant, how…?

And they’re more like stress lines, to show how intense the action is. It doesn’t need to show high speed movement, since y’know, Boros regenerates and he’s not even a step away from Saitama.

Regardless, his head is connected to his neck which is connected to his body. End of discussion. You are wrong and prolonging an argument that’s done.

So MOON LEVEL AP for Released Boros? Got it. CRT time, baby!

Thank god Boros is omnipotent and his word is inarguable.

First scan everything is connected

Second it's not.

Don't manipulate

Because Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon drained all his energy. It doesn't show the limit of how much damage Boros can take before his regeneration doesn't work. It shows no energy = no regeneration
Yes and how do you want to increase boros regen without any feat that puts it up?

You don't upgrade a character just because you like him.

Even if it wasn't connected in that panel, couldn't it just be Boros continuing to fly apart?

You were the one saying that Boros' regeneration requires concentration while Melz's doesn't. To what I responded that it wasn't necessarily the case, because there's no indication Melz's regeneration is happening unconsciously. Not that it matters tho.

Because it regenerated in seconds of being torn to pieces
And what? Boros' arm didn't regenerate after seconds because he didn't want to. When he concentrates on the regeneration, he immediately heals it, and you don't know if he does it in a minute, a second or a microsend, because we are not given a timeframe. Which invalidates the point that Melz's regen is faster than Boros' and the only evidence relies again in Boros' words.

We did see it, the power ran out and he died. Do not assume things, the massimo that boros regenerated was to have ifollow divided into a mass, which not in several pieces was
Completely wrong. Boros regeneration is better than Melzalgard's while he still has energy reserves to regenerate. He had spent all of his energy into firing CSRC, so he couldn't regenerate. That doesn't mean that Boros' regen isn't better than Melzalgard's when he is able to regenerate.

If anything it is way faster because Melz was having trouble regenerating parts of his body while fighting against the S class but Boros put his whole body together while Saitama was still holding his arm up after throwing the last punch of the combo.

No, you upgrade a character because he has never lied on screen and has a statement saying his regenerative abilities are the best in the universe, while he has a subordinate that bases his whole combat ability in regeneration yet he doesn't even consider that as something that surpasses his level.

If it has not been shown that Mel's regeneration needs concentration she does not need, to say that it needs to be assumed, is to mean more than the author wanted to show.

He has a whole conversation talking about where he came from and his kind, so yes, it took several seconds

Show It

He literally spent the whole fight with Saitama saying that the two had the same strength and that Saitama was injured when saitama not even scratched was

Personally, I don't care if his regen is the same as Melz, but this definitely isn't a different eye. You can even see the same mouth with torn skin next to it, and the eyes are the same colour in that instance (previously white during the combo), whereas the anime shows a colour change during the end of the regeneration process.

The speed lines, his prior position being almost the same as his current position, and the radial shockwave originating from the centre indicates that he drew the rest of his body into his centre to regenerate, not some non-existent 2nd eye. Clearly it's just the eye travelling even further in the next scan.

I don't even really see how it makes a difference. Melz regenerates from a marble, not a toothy second eye, so it's not as if they'd be comparable via this logic.

to say that it needs to be assumed
Never said so tho. You are the one making the assumption that he doesn't need to concentrate, I am just saying it isn't necessarily the case.

He has a whole conversation talking about where he came from and his kind, so yes, it took several seconds
No, he isn't regenerating while he is saying that. He does it immediately in an unknown amount of time.

I don't need to. You have to believe a statement from someone who has never lied, especially since the author builds up Boros' abilities and it is clear that it isn't Boros who is talking but ONE.

We seem to accept the new Boros length, so would it be worth calculating Boros' bullets via these craters?

Edit: It is not.

I do not assume, he does not need to focus is a fact, since he regenerated even without a complete brain.

False

It's not that you don't have to, you can't, it's different. Boros spent the whole fight talking things that don't match reality, but he hasn't lied, even if he really believes that, it just shows that Boros is really deluded with a greatness he doesn't possess and tends to say things that aren't reliable.
