Is “limited time dilation” a power/ability on this site and should Phoenix Man have it?

Let me give you an example, you run at 12 miles per hour in one direction, and a car is going in the opposite direction. The actual speed of the car is 45 mph, but because you are also moving, its speed from your perspective changes, making its speed 57mph. This means if you would have to react to a 57 mph object as opposed to a 45 mph one. The only thing this doesn't work with is light, and that's because lightspeed is a constant. Why would he need to dodge anything? He was wailing on Saitama and Saitama was blocking. Saitama then punched him at such speed he never saw it coming, since he didn’t dodge, and was shocked (glancing down at his chest when vomiting blood).
He literally says he has the best regenerative abilities/ healing properties (depending on translation) of the universe, so given that he has known Melzalgard for years, he must have greater regeneration than him.
And as the most powerful of his species, his regen > his species average. He didn't say that. He said his specie has the best natural regeneration in the universe.
So, you’re saying Boros never dodged nor reacted to the punch. Got it. That’s consistent then with all the other punches he didn’t dodge. The one that broke his armor, the one that took his arm, the one that punched his second eye, the combo which blitzed him. Never reacted once. Got it.Let me give you an example, you run at 12 miles per hour in one direction, and a car is going in the opposite direction. Boros was lunging at Saitama when he threw the punch, meaning he would have to react to something much faster than just his movement or Saitama's punch.
No, what i mean is it gives scope for characters with unnatural regeneration to have a better rengen. Zumbie man for exampleAnd as the most powerful of his species, his regen > his species average.
Again, tooting his own horn. He is not omnipotent. He literally says he has the best regenerative abilities/ healing properties (depending on translation) of the universe, so given that he has known Melzalgard for years, he must have greater regeneration than him.
Who boros? He regenerated from an Eye.Again, tooting his own horn. He is not omnipotent.
Melzargard doesn’t even “regenerate” the same way. He puts himself back together, he doesn’t regrow lost flesh.
Either way still doesn’t answer if he can still regen if his brain is destroyed. He most likely can’t tho, since it’s a thing he has to think to do.
Boros never regenerated from an eyeWho boros? He regenerated from an Eye.
He regenerated from several chunks of flesh, including his eye, a lot of his torso, an arm and a leg and brain, all still connected. So… no?Who boros? He regenerated from an Eye.
Yes, he didn't dodge it, but it's not as much of a feat that puts Garou > Boros in terms of speed, as Boros would have had to dodge a much faster attack than Garou. So, you’re saying Boros never dodged nor reacted to the punch. Got it. That’s consistent then with all the other punches he didn’t dodge. The one that broke his armor, the one that took his arm, the one that punched his second eye, the combo which blitzed him. ThisAnd as the most powerful of his species, his regen > his species average.
That's anime onlyWho boros? He regenerated from an Eye.
The middle panel, he's just an eye and missing part of his brain.Boros never regenerated from an eye
The middle panel, he's just an eye and missing part of his brain.
A lot of people missed this.

It is a pretty explicit statement. Don't know why you want to dismiss it.Again, tooting his own horn. He is not omnipotent.

No, it doesn't. Regen speed and how much damage it can recover are two completely different things. It is a pretty explicit statement. Don't know why you want to dismiss it.
Doesn't matter. Boros just regenerates faster if he wants to and the fact that it is better probably means he can regenerate from even a more fatal wound.
Nah Boros never reacted to Saitama there. He was just throwing punches and got caught in the middle of it.Boros was lunging at Saitama when he threw the punch, meaning he would have to react to something much faster than just his movement or Saitama's punch.
In the first panel, but the second panel isn't the exact moment as the first panel. The anime just shows us better of what happened. He literally has most of his body still intact there. An eye isn’t the size of a whole person.
Boros make me goHey, changing the subject who is the hottest mystery being?
It says "the best" which means the most effective in a fight, which necessarily involves being the fastest to keep fighting. No, it doesn't. Regen speed and how much damage it can recover are two completely different things.
lol I love that we can edit what we reply to.Cryo make me go
An explicit statement by an ego centric alien who calls himyself “the dominator of the universe” who is not omnipotent and thought he was actually winning against someone he couldnt even scratch. Why take his word?It is a pretty explicit statement. Don't know why you want to dismiss it.

No, when clearly another person on the ship has a faster regen, which does not need concentration, does not depend on energy and still heals much more significant damage than that of Boros, this argument is invalidatedIt says "the best" which means the most effective in a fight, which necessarily involves being the fastest to keep fighting.
You can literally see his eye is connected to his body. Why are you making stuff up?In the first panel, but the second panel isn't the exact moment as the first panel. The anime just shows us better of what happened.
Not making anything up, in that second panel we see more destruction and the bloods flying in a bit of a different direction. You can literally see his eye is connected to his body. Why are you making stuff up?
”the anime just shows us better what happened”
The anime shows a completely different set of events.
His eye is, quite literally, without a doubt, still connected to his body. It’s just offscreen. You literally make stuff up for Boros’ sake. You can make out his teeth, chin and general head shape and hair. His head is intact. He isn’t “just an eye”. Most of his body is still there.
We are not sure of this, the areas that are connected to the rest of the body are not shown in the second image, we only see blood and focus on the eyeNot making anything up, in that second panel we see more destruction and the bloods flying in a bit of a different direction.
Tbh Boros did react pretty fast before his body could splatter that far
You’re literally making stuff up. There is no discussion here. You are wrong. Not making anything up, in that second panel we see more destruction and the bloods flying in a bit of a different direction.

Doesn't matter that he's an ego centric character if his statments hold value. Isn't he the dominator of the universe? He's beaten everyone in the universe and he's being realistic about it. And of course he thought he was going to beat Saitama, because he knew he had moves in his sleeve that far surpassed his normal capabilities (fire blasts, Meteoric Burst and CSRC).An explicit statement by an ego centric alien who calls himyself “the dominator of the universe” who is not omnipotent and thought he was actually winning against someone he couldnt even scratch. A character in OPM saying something and then that statement not being true? Gasp… a shock…
Does it matter? If the energy supply which with he's fighting allows him to regenerate better than Melzalgard, that's all he needs.”Boros just regenerates faster if he wants to”
With his limited energy supply, sure.
He literally isn’t. Please stop making stuff up. His neck, which is still intact and connected to his body, is offscreen. The second panel he's literally ripped of the rest of the body.
if he did not dominate the Earth he is not the dominator of the universe....Doesn't matter that he's an ego centric character if his statments hold value. Isn't he the dominator of the universe?
