Casual Metal Bat? Garou can't do much? Are we reading the same manga, though?
How could you missed that Garou pummeled his smaller face until it becomes unrecognizable or literally put a big hole through his chest?
Not only that SG's head being weaker than the rest is nothing but a baseless asumption, putting a word like "casual" on the same sentence with Post-Fighting Spirit Metal Bat definitely is something paradoxical.

We also saw SG in this chapter attacking with all its 6666 legs (at least according to some translations).

Fighting Spirit Feedback Loop. Garou has Fighting Spirit too since he copied it from Metal Bat, so the two fighting together is allowing their powers to resonate and amplify each other.
